AUT Public Health and Mental Health Research Institute (PHMHRI) comprises five research centres and a number of research programmes.
Our mission is to conduct high quality public and mental health research which contributes to the reduction of health disparities, improves the health of New Zealanders, and generates and extends the knowledge we have gathered.
Information about each centre and programme is available by following the links to the left of this page. Our centres work collaboratively across research projects, as required, and we have a strong focus on postgraduate study across all centres.
The Institute is in the process of rebranding and updating its website. Watch this space!
